Meet the team

Darren founded Fellowship 20 years ago. A highly experienced web and graphic designer, he’s worked on numerous brands including Sony, NHS, Thomas Cook, Cancer Research UK and Panasonic.

As Head of Client Services, Matt ensures we continue to deliver exceptional work across our retainers, projects and digital marketing campaigns. Matt also plays a lead role in the delivery of our digital marketing work.

Formerly Director of Communications at RSPB, Paul is a Certified Brand Strategist and has completed Mini MBAs in Marketing and Brand Management. He’s spent over 30 years helping organisations stand out from the crowd. Paul’s an ace copywriter with a way with words and a large following on Linkedin.

Danny has over 30 years’ experience in agency life, having run large agencies including Cicero, Gyro and Stein IAS. A certified Director and a trained coach, Danny has specific experience in branding, creative and B2B spaces. In 2020, Danny joined Cactus as Managing Consultant in 2020 and acts as NXD for multiple agencies including Fellowship.

Before joining Fellowship, Gary had 15 years experience of developing systems to meet international quality standards. He is always busy improving our day to day work processes and ensuring we have the right balance of experience and capabilities across the team.

A wizard with figures, Ruth has over 20 years’ experience as a finance director, company secretary and accountant. She makes sure our books are in order, our bills are paid and our cash flow is healthy.

Having previously run her own agency, Jo is very happy to be ‘hands on’ again, looking after our client accounts and projects. Her extensive experience means she can add value across the full range of our work.

A recent recruit to the Fellowship team, Alexander has worked as a Project manager for 4 years, previously working as an App developer and Support consultant. He works closely with the Development team to make sure projects are defined and delivered on time.

With over 11 years as a web/UX designer at Rubious before joining us, Greg has considerable expertise. He ensures our websites and apps are designed with seamless user journeys firmly in mind.

Alex leads our team of 8 developers and is responsible for our web development processes. A very experienced full-stack web developer, Alex lives, breathes and sleeps WordPress. He loves nothing more than solving technical challenges for complex websites.

Aaron has over 20 years’ experience in web development. Proficient in a range of web technologies, his main strength is front-end development, applying his design background and incredible eye for detail.

Callum is the youngest member of our team with three years’ experience in developing WordPress websites. He’s been busy developing websites using the Gutenberg WordPress editor, the powerful new page builder.

David’s 8 years experience as a WordPress developer ranges from small business start-ups to complex eCommerce solutions. His development and usability skills are focused on providing an intuitive and cohesive user experience.

A former Apple employee, David is a highly skilled full stack web developer with a keen interest in user experience, accessibility, and SEO centric design and development.

Ian ran his own business before joining us. With over 15 years of experience as a web developer, he specialises in PHP and Javascript and has also developed his own iOS / Android app called Heritage.

Matthew has spent the last 25 years as a full-stack web developer. Having worked with a vast range of web technologies and PHP frameworks, he’s an expert problem-solver and relishes a technical challenge.

Mike has been building WordPress websites for well over 10 years. He’s seen it grow from a simple blogging platform into a powerful and dynamic content management system that he knows how to make the best of.

Dan has over 20 years’ experience as a graphic designer, working at large London agencies before joining Fellowship. Dan’s specialisms are branding and packaging. He leads on art direction as well as the design of printed materials.
