For over 40 years Naturediet has been making super nutritious dog food, while minimising its impact on the environment.  Its commitment to British sourced ingredients, recyclable packaging, reducing its food miles and carbon footprint, earned Naturediet the Pet Industry Federation Sustainability Award in 2018.

THE OBJECTIVE

Naturediet was acquired by Skinner’s in 2020. An existing Fellowship client, Skinner’s tasked us with applying the same philosophy, features and tools to Naturediet that had made their own
E-commerce site such a success.

OUR SOLUTION

We wanted to retain the individuality of the Naturediet brand, while designing the new site from scratch, incorporating core user features, similar to those that had worked so well on the Skinner’s site.

The end result remains faithful to the Naturediet brand but delivers a smoother and more engaging customer experience. We’ve made it easy for shoppers to find recommended foods and to check out quickly, whether they opt for a one-off purchase or a subscription.

THE RESULT

Naturediet now has several hundred online shopping subscribers, contributing a substantial part of their income. Conversion rates on the site are significantly above average.

It’s been great developing the new, improved Naturediet website. A key task was to retain the friendly and helpful look, feel and advice their customers have come to love and trust. I think we’ve succeeded.
