If your company falls into any of the following three scenarios, you’d likely benefit from our specialism in multisites – multiple websites powered by one WordPress CMS installation.
We’ve recently launched a Multisite for Cambridge Econometrics, a world leading economics consultancy who we rebranded five years ago. Since our rebrand the business has thrived, with a 50% increase in staff numbers and two new offices opened in Europe.
Earlier this month, Cambridge Econometrics opened for business in North America. They commissioned us to build a dedicated US website to promote their services. We extended their existing WordPress website, which we built in 2016, to deliver their new dedicated US site: https://www.camecon.us/
Our solution provides three great benefits for the client:
Cambridge Econometrics already has several US consulting engagements underway, and we look forward to helping with their future growth and continued success.
I’m really excited to welcome Danny Turnbull to the Fellowship team as our first Non-Executive Director.
Danny is a Managing Consultant at Cactus – one of the UK’s largest agency growth and M&A consultancies – having worked with over 1,000 agencies in the last 10 years. Before joining Cactus, Danny spent thirty years working in agencies, the last fifteen of which he was leading major agency brands in the UK and Europe.
Having done some work with Cactus over the last year or so, I know that Danny will bring a tremendous blend of experience, insight and enthusiasm to this new role. Our team has been growing steadily and with Danny’s guidance I’m confident we’ll go from strength to strength.

We’ve just launched a unique and exciting project – Flexiteek Islands For Everyone – showcasing our CGI and development skills.
Flexiteek is a world leading manufacturer of synthetic teak boat decking and marine products.
In an industry that is awash with beautiful photos of amazing yachts, we set out to create a campaign that…
Here’s what we did…
Working with our CGI partner, we created Flexiteek Bay, a stunning image that features a tropical island with a range of boats to suit all budgets – ‘Flexiteek Islands For Everyone’.
We then built an interactive microsite so users can explore the boats and their deck designs. Our developers had fun using Vue and Tailwind for rapid prototyping, which then transitioned seamlessly to the finished product.
We’re delighted that Google’s Lighthouse has awarded the site a maximum 100 point score to each of its areas – performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO.
Along with the website, we’re also managing a global digital marketing campaign as well as designing printed ads for marine magazines. Finally, Flexiteek Bay will take pride of place in the new exhibition stands we’re producing for this season’s boat shows around the world.

We went into lockdown with a team of 12. Now, as we take our first, tentative steps out of lockdown, there are 18 of us.
That’s a 50% growth in posts, including three more web developers, a finance manager, an account manager, and another graphic designer.
Recruiting staff remotely has been an interesting experience. Last week, all of us got together for the first time. We had a meal outdoors and reassured ourselves that we’re all fit and functioning.
Looking back it seems crazy that our pre-Covid policy was to allow staff just one day per week working from home. Our new hybrid model of homeworking and some time in the studio is definitely here to stay. Going forward we plan to be very flexible, while still making sure the whole team get together on a reasonably regular basis.
Quiz nights on Zoom have partly filled the social gap, but we’ve all really missed lunches at the pub and our walks and talks around the scenic Hartest countryside. And while remote scrum sessions have worked well using Zoho Sprints, they’ve definitely been sit downs rather than stand ups.
Thankfully, we’ve been busier than ever – more on that to follow.
