We’re delighted to welcome David Hayhow to our team. He has over 11 years of experience as a full stack web developer, five years as an Apple Genius and 10 years as a pre-press professional. David used to work for Rubious, the agency we acquired 16 months ago. Thanks to his existing knowledge of many of the WordPress and WooCommerce websites we continue to support, this was our fastest appointment ever – from interview to starting work in just a few days.
With Dave onboard, our web development team numbers eight and our total team 16.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager that is detail-oriented and has excellent communication skills. Your role will involve managing the design and build of new projects, primarily websites.

As we continue to win new clients, we’re delighted to welcome two new members to the team – Jo Riches and Ruth Wailes.
Jo joins our client services team as an Account Manager, to support our clients and help them thrive. With 20 years’ experience in marketing and account management, she has a strong grasp of our strategy, branding and digital services. Having owned her own marketing agency, Jo knows all about helping companies grow.
Ruth has been our bookkeeper and payroll manager for many years and now steps up to become our Finance Manager. With 40 years of experience, Ruth will monitor the day-to-day financial operations of Fellowship and be responsible for cashflow forecasting, budgeting, invoicing, credit control and payroll.
With Jo and Ruth there are now 15 of us in the Fellowship team. We’ll be making more appointments in the coming months.
Our Head of Strategy, Paul Lewis, is now one of the world’s first group of Certified Brand Strategists. He spent an intensive study week with branding legend, Marty Neumeier, exploring and applying principles designed to make businesses more attractive to more customers. Paul’s team of six worked on refreshing the Harley Davidson brand, to broaden its appeal. Over the final 24 hours they had to produce a Superbowl ad, for which he wrote the script.

The last 12 months have been incredibly busy here at Fellowship. We’ve employed five new staff since December, increasing our web development team to six strong. However, business is continuing to increase so we’re now on the hunt for another full-time web developer. So, if you’re looking for a new challenge and want to join a growing agency, then we’d love to hear from you. You can find out more here.
We’re delighted to have been chosen to design and build a new combined website for three NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups – Ipswich & East Suffolk CCG, North East Essex CCG and West Suffolk CCG. It’s a very exciting project and our team are looking forward to starting work soon.
Sarah Colley, Digital Marketing Manager, said “We invited three agencies to submit proposals for this project. Our whole team were very impressed with Fellowship’s approach to the project and were unanimous in the decision to appoint Fellowship as the chosen agency”.
We are delighted to welcome a new web developer to our team, Alberto Marín. Formerly lead developer at Make Agency in London, Alberto has recently relocated to Suffolk and is settling in nicely. We’re all really excited (and relieved) that Alberto has joined us, as this increases our web development team to six strong.
We’d love to hear from Web Developers looking for a new challenge.
If that’s you, you can find out more here. Or, if you think you know just the person, please send them our way!
As part of our corporate social responsibility, we have always looked to support both local and international charities where possible. In 2015, we chose EACH (East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices) as one of the charities we wanted to support on a regular basis.
The recent impact of Covid-19 has been devastating for EACH. The closure of their 43 shops has resulted in a loss of £100,000 of income each week. So, we felt it was only right to help out in a small way by making a corporate donation of £500. Vicky Matthews, Corporate Fundraiser – Suffolk & East Essex, said “Thank you so much Fellowship, that is really generous of you and will be a huge help to EACH at the moment.”
If you would like to support EACH, please donate here.
